Usage monitoring for security

When you are logged in, we record how our apps are used: the pages you open and how long they are open, and the requests made with your login.
We also record your device (browser type and an app-generated device ID) and your IP address with its approximate country and network.
We use this only to keep the platform and your account safe, for example to spot automated scripts or a shared or stolen login. We never record your password or what you type into forms.
Detailed request logs are deleted after 90 days and page-visit records after 180 days. Security alerts are kept for 1 year and daily usage summaries for 2 years.
Logins that are not used for 30 days are signed out automatically.

What ReUpyog collects & why

Name, email, phone, designation — Account identity and service communication

Company name, GST number — Invoicing and regulatory compliance

Product serial numbers, service history — Device traceability for circular economy — retained permanently

IP address — Kept in full for 90 days so we can spot misuse and keep your account safe, then deleted

Download a copy of my data

Get a JSON file containing all personal data ReUpyog holds about you — name, email, phone, company, and your consent history. Under Section 11 of the DPDP Act 2023.

Correct my data

Update your name, phone, designation or company details from your profile page. For changes that can't be made there, email us with your registered address.

Delete my account & personal data

Your name, email, phone, and designation will be permanently erased. Device service records are anonymised (serial number retained). This cannot be undone. You'll have a 30-day grace period.

Grievance Officer (DPDP Act 2023)

For any complaints or data-related disputes, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@reupyog.in. We aim to respond within 7 business days. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (once constituted under the DPDP Act 2023).
